You think so? Tug looks like he's slowed down a little and his head movement isn't as sharp I think

I can't say he "slowed down" because he was in slow mo to begin with. He's still got some spark because he's not taking damage. The problem in fights like this is, an out-classed guy will feel "safe" because he's not getting hurt. And, he doesn't want to start getting hurt so he's just continue this sort of thing rather than inviting punishment from a guy he knows he can't beat.
