    Yarde vs Ramirez

So Anthony Yarde is fighting Diego Jair Ramirez
You don’t know who he is ?
    Surprise , neither do I
    His record is 4-48-3
    A real bad azz
All this to highlight how shot Sergey Kovalev is
People who were saying that Yarde was a legitimate opponent for all at light heavyweight

Thought this was a troll thread but BoxRec has it down as an official fight, where did they even find a guy who's 4-48??

I get that Yarde probably needed a get back type of fight but this doesn't even qualify as that. I mean we still don't know how good or bad Yarde is.... his resume is a bunch of complete and utter no-hopers and a KO loss to Kovalev. That's why I laughed at people saying Kovalev took a dive against Canelo because he looked better against Yarde etc ....... I mean I would bet my house that Canelo would be undefeated with a 100% KO ratio against Yarde's opponents.

WBO doesnt allow a fight for an eliminator coming off a loss. Liam Smith done the same when he lost to Canelo and wanted to fight Liam Williams for a WBO trinket. Likely Warren has Yarde fighting an eliminator next.

Yarde turned pro against a guy 5-38-2. I believe the word is regression.

Kovalev is done and has been done for quite some time
I laugh when people point out the Yarde fight
Canelo was just worried about getting caught that’s why the knockout came so late

There is a lot of good in boxing and unfortunately there is a lot of bad. It is inexcusable for a light heavyweight with an 18-1 record with 17 K.O's to be fighting an opponent who two fights ago fought at 160 and has a 4-48-3 record. Other then a confidence boost the Yarde camp is bragging about how the guy was only stopped 5 times in his career. What a joke!
