I spoke to Tyson Fury’s camp! I know what the game plan is!

Basically fury is looking to come into the fight at 270 pounds, that’s what they are targeting.

Here’s the thing, Fury is worried about his cut and thinks it won’t last the full 12 rounds and knows he won’t go full 12 with wilder without either getting knocked out or the cut opening, so he’s going for the knockout himself instead.

So the plan is to get heavier and bully wilder around the ring like he did to Steve Cunningham in the last two rounds of their fight. There thoughts are that wilder won’t be able to handle the weight of fury on him and also wilder can’t then extend his arms fully to get his shots off as fury will be smothering him at all times. They’ve been watching the Cunningham fight and studying it.

Good game plan or are they crazy?

I actually believe this is his gameplan based on public statements(regardless if I believe you or not). I think it's as good a gameplan as any. I think Wilders power is so feared merely because most fighters his size don't punch hard for their size because they are slow(speed has a lot to do with how hard punches are felt) but Wilder is a giant with the same speed in his punches as a lhw,& he is nothing but super compressed muscles which translates into the hardest hitting hw possibly ever just because of 1 arm that he swings like a sledge hammer fist in a wild manner while lunging toward opponents

Misdirection on both sides. Fury talking about ko while wilder saying he could win decision. Besides superbowl i havent seen much promo. These guys are characters and was looking foward to some trashtalking and mocking from both sides. Regardless, cant wait for fight. One thing is for sure tho, neither of these guys can dress for s!it.

I think both realise there is a third fight (payday) on the cards so this outcome on Feb 21st is meaningless to me. Whether scripted or real.

          1. You didn't speak to the Fury camp

          2. Fury has clearly stated he wants a KO, his weight is irrelevant, his natural fight weight should be about 265 anyway.

Fury will adjust on the night, and so should Wilder. That's how boxing works.

You can't go into a boxing match with one gameplan and one mentality. That's how you lose.

If Fury can box well outside early he'll keep going...should it be close Fury will probably put pressure on.

Fury is not worried about the cut, that's BS. Its above his right brow. Why would he be worried?

Is Wilder gonna try back hand him? LMFAO

But it is making Fury consider his stance. This time a fit Fury would like to distance the right hand by being south paw, but that's tricky if it means putting that cut in the line of fire.

So bully tactics are needed, especially when a 50% Fury felt he was the bully last time even with the knockdowns.

I’ve seen so many boxers outclass Wilder only to get caught and knocked out by one punch that I think pushing for the KO might be the best strategy to beat Wilder at this point.
