I heard Floyd has a height, weight, and reach advantage, plus it's in the contract that the kickboxer can only throw three punches a round. Plus you, Larry, and Iron Dan are the Judges, with Travesty as the ref.

Why would he go higher? Do you think he is a better fighter now than he was 15 years ago? If he isn't better now then why would he go higher on some all time great list that you don't have? Do you think Pacqiao is a better fighter now than he was when he KOed Hatton, Oscar and Cotto. I don't think he is. If he is not better now than he was back then why would he go higher on some all time great list? How likely is it that he is better now than he was back then? Think about it? He probably would beat Garcia but a much younger Pacquiao would beat Garcia much easier. He can't beat Spence and will be a b ig underdog if they fight. Even if he did beat Spence the KO loss to Marquez, the loss to Mayweather and the robbery losses to Bradley and Horn would not go away. I know it is amazing Pacquiao is fighting so well at his age but he is still not as good as he was in his prime so to me he goes no higher no matter what he does now. This all time great stuff is just opinion and not provable fact so put him where ever you want on your all time great list but you are giving him credit in advance for fights he has not won yet. Beating Thurman is not the equal of beating Spence who is a much better fighter than Thurman.

I think it's important to specify whether we are talking about going up as far as having a higher peak or going up in terms of career accomplishments.

If we are talking about how good Pacquiao is then no, I don't expect him or any other fighter to be better at 41 than they are at 21 or 31.

If we are talking about career accomplishments then yes, beating top welterweights in Danny Garcia and Errol Spence Jr. at this point in his career would move him up the ATG list.

It's like Lebron James moving up the ATG list in basketball by scoring more points. Is he better than he was at his absolute peak? No, but will he move up the scoring list? Of course, because he is scoring more points just like Pacquiao would be adding to his list of accomplishments.
