Uhhh, as of right now I thought he was on his own. Manny Pacquiao Promotions? I'm pretty sure that's what did his fight with Larios, his own promotional company.

manny pacquai's promotions was in charcge for his fight with larios. but for his coming fight with EM, or his big fights in the US, he's under Shelly Finkel.

Though really, I think he's completely under Manny Pacquiao Promotions at the moment. Shelly Finkel is his manager, not promoter.

I think Manny Pac's promotions is just in Philippines, but not the US.
