All of these things are being swept aside because he beat gvoz who was as overrated as they come considering his only claim to fame was that Stevensons brain suffered a freak bleed despite Adonis being on his way to a UD at the time. Gvoz imho wanted to quit from early on vs Beterbieve once he felt his power, but Gvoz imho will never be truly elite. I do get what you mean though in that Bivol himself looks like hed be more fodder for Beterbieve, yet I think Bivols style matches much better vs Canelo because unlike Beterbieve Canelo wouldn't be able to outbox him to victory by potshotting him as I see Nelo vs Beterbieve playing out.

    Timestamped:

Every time Beterbiev has been dropped , cause it’s happened more than once , it only made him comeback and fight harder and more disciplined
His knockdowns were all flash knockdowns , never really being hurt or anything
Just got caught , that all
Beterbiev has an amazing chin , with unrealistic power to boot
Very hard to break a man of that calibre down
And yes , he has gotten off the floor to ko his opponent

Bivol will need to box flawlessy to win. Beterbiev is a machine, and Bivol boxes well, but I don't see Bivol stopping Beterbiev.
Bivol will need to be perfect
He will have to nullify Beterbiev’s intense forward movement while he needs to be careful to not get caught
Personally , I think Beterbiev is much better than Smith jr
Smith had Bivol in trouble and pedalling backwards
If Beterbiev gets him in that same position , there’s no chance Bivol survives Beterbiev’s beating

Canelo wouldnt beat beterbiev and if he thought he could, he would have fought him in a 3 belt unification but he didnt nor did he even try with bivol because he wouldnt beat them period. You should stop making assumptions and putting words in peoples mouths and lay off the kush because you are showing crackhead attributes with your fiestiness and delusions
Hey arsehole, you came ridiculing my post as if im one of your ****** boys from the corner store down by manchestery way. 2nd of all you missed the point entirely, just because a fighter whos a natural 154-160 lber, decides to do the smart career move & go back down to fight another champion so called boogieman with a lot of paying backers, does not mean hes ducking Beterbiev nor afraid to fight him.(Most ppl don't know who the fck he is & Canelos been fighting a murders row more than anyone in divisions nobody ever could've imagined hed become champion to boot.)

You just see what you want to see, no apologies for assuming you were like countless of your countryman who've defamed themselves on these boards recently concerning Shyte.

So be mad at them for me thinking you are yet another,I assume you were in your rediculous expectations of Canelo to immediately fight Beterbieve next after Kovalev & Jacobs back to back ffs.

          Good fight if it happens

I like Bivol and we may see the best of him against good opposition. That said, he looks like he might comfortably make 168, even though he fights at 175. Beterbiev is very strong and it might show against a small LHW like Bivol who always looks a weight class smaller to me.

                Maybe not Wilders power
But he’s got more power than the average guy
The fact that he’s knocked out every opponent he’s faced certainly doesn’t scream no power
If he hurts you , he’s taking you out

From what I understand Beterbiev fought HWs in the amateurs. This dude is insane.

2 of his knockdowns were balance shots. Paige pretty much pushed him b/c his feet were together. I forgot the other one of the top of my head.

Yes thats why I said he often uses bad footwork because he commits 100% to the kill the majority of the time,it leaves him open to counters. Canelo vs Beterbieve would be a war of attrition but it's a winnable fight despite all the recent hype wolverine has recently received. If Canelo beats Beterbieve even in another yr or so,he would go down as the most unlikely legends to do what nobody thought he could despite his small size for the weightclass
