In breach of contract, I’m assuming the aggrieved not only gets his money, but also damages and like you mentioned, legal fees. I can’t imagine a legit vendor having to take a hit at the expense of a millionaire who is also a high profile public figure. Maybe I’m wrong though.Comment

I wish Davis would just put all the garbage and impulses to the end of his career and focus entirely on his career for 7 years to see how good he can be. There is no telling how great he could be if he was driven and hungry. Either way, he is still exciting to watch but he has got to block out all the bad influences and stay focused.
