Do the odds Marrero qualify for a multiplier? Couldn’t remember whether it was over +300 or +200 that was worth x2.

Edit: just found it on the master thread, would’ve been tempted to pick Marrero had he been over +300.

Yeah, close but not quite... I'm actually a little surprised myself. Regardless it's a bit arbitrary but we gotta draw the line somewhere, although now I think about it there is the possibility of introducing half steps...

Something like:

+100 = x1
+200 = x1.5
+300 = x2
+450 = x2.5
+600 = x3
+800 = x3.5
+1000 = x4

mmm... yeah. Actually I quite like that. Probably can't introduce it now we already started this years game but I'll put it in the ideas bank for next year. Cool.

I thinks that’s an interesting refinement. It would definitely provoke bolder picks. I never really analysed the odds last season, definitely going to make them a factor in my picks this season.
