I don't remember who I was a fan of first. I first became a Canelo fan when I saw him KO Cotto's brother as a teenager. I turned on him when he wouldn't give GGG a rematch. If he does that I'll be a Canelo fan again. He is a hell of a good fighter and I stood up for him before he was so popular and got trashed a lot.
