Comments Thread For: Yordenis Ugas Wants To Fight Errol Spence Jr. Next

Yordenis Ugas will take any title shot he can secure later this year. If he could choose, though, Ugas would like to challenge unbeaten IBF and WBC welterweight champ Errol Spence Jr. after facing Mike Dallas Jr. on Saturday night. If the Cuban-born Ugas defeats Dallas in a 10-rounder FS1 will televise as a main event from Beau Rivage Resort & Casino in Biloxi, Mississippi, he should be in position to land a title fight next.

Ugas was calling out Spence, when everyone else was avoiding Spence.

Ugas is a solid fighter this would be a competitive fight. I doubt Spence’s handlers let him take a fight that tough first fight back.

If Crawford won't fight Porter then he should fight Ugas.

Errol deserves a gentle first fight back. That was nasty sheet with that car crash. Ugas v Spence is a good fight but im not sure Ugas does gentle.

Spence Vs Figueroa Jr would be the ideal return fight imo. Ugas deserves a Thurman/Porter/Garcia though

Good call, he needs a great comparison on the PBC side.

It makes all the PBC fights even more compelling. Especially if he were to blast out a tough kid like Ugas.
