okey I did not bother to read all the pages if they were mostly flaming ...

i just got a few question ...

how many of you guys really think JMM is better than Erik, Marco and Pac?

the claim of fighting for 750K against a rematch with PAC was not right, but how can you call fighting John for 30K ?

I think Bernstain (did I get the spelling right?) was jealous of Erik's success, for this, he made a big blunder in his decision not to rematch PAC and now at this point dont want to admit that turning down that rematch was a mistake ...

JMM could have probably at the night beat PAC just what Erik accomplished that night and could have the distinction of the first and only Mexican to beat PAC, and his career whould have zoom to stratospheric proportion and getting purses that he deserve ... but now all is water under the bridge and JMM has to do it all over again to get a shot at the bigtime and at age 32 his clock is ticking fast ....

You misunderstood what he is saying. What he was trying to say is that each fighter was receiving 1.5 million for the rematch. Arum only coughed up 750K, which means he was keeping HALF of the money for his end.

If that was Manny Pacquiao and his promoter was bilking him for half his end, everyone would have told him not to accept the fight under those terms.

And you believe that excuse? That's an excuse which violates the most basic principles of common sense. It's a fantastic excuse to say that he deserved 1.5 million when the fact of the matter is, 750k is his biggest payday.
