What do you expect? Andrade is not a big star regardless what DANZ and Hearn say. Yes he has ability but is not entertaining.

On top of that he was fighting a no name fighter and it is not the area that he is from. Trash fight at the wrong location and you get what we had. Even being the Super Bowl weekend couldn't attract enough people. They try to do this cross over thing with you tubers and boxing to see if it stick like a music concert.

It didnt do the sport any favors. That ridiculous youtube fight, then the cringe-worthy rap-sync. Not a good look for DAZN or the sport.......

As far as the sport of boxing i agree. But DAZN being in Miami with the majority of the sports media is smart if they're truly trying to become the Netflix of sports. They're introducing DAZN to many in the sports media who have never heard of it. And I'm not just talking about the fights. I'm talking about the interviews with the media about DAZN

I see your point, I just view it differently. If I were DAZN, and trying to make an impression on new media who werent familiar with our platform, I would have staged a "serious" event to make a good impression. Not a circus act. But thats probably just me.....
