Idk about the comparison to Conor. Canelo is certainly paid like he's bigger than Conor already. And he's been getting paid that way while Conor was getting welfare & he'll probably be getting that sorta money when Conor is retired.

That said there is 0 doubt in my mind that Canelo would be bigger than he is currently if he spoke English or simply more English.

First off his last fight did not do anywhere near 2 million buys. That is a number that the media just took off and ran with to get hits.
