I'd love to see it, I think it would be a nice match up.

To see Whyte face Povetkin and Ruiz back to back would be impressive.

So expect Andy's next "comeback" fight to be against a Chris Arreola to re-ignite his base, and then move forward with the bigger fights ultimately landing the big PPV with Wilder. So sorry Lylian Whyte but it looks like you'll be waiting another 600 days for your shot!
I don't see it happening because Ruiz is way too good for him.

Whyte and Eddie just using Ruiz name to get him attention.

Whyte will fight the easiest guy he can get away with as usual. Like his last 2 fights against an old slow dinosaur and a midget. Probably otto wallin is next

Unless some kind of Hearns"fix" is in, I don't see Whyte beating Povetkin, even now when he's definitely on the slide; then again, money talks . . . .

          He still won

          Ruiz got outboxed by Parker

I got the opposite, worst version of Whyte still most likely beats best version of Ruiz.

He could, but he can't. AJ already flattened Whyte and Parker not only made it to the last bell, he rung Whyte's bell. Whyte could, should, would, but (fill in).

Fair and square, Andy is too fast. London, Taco Bell, and little gloves, Whyte has a chance. He couldn't KO Rivas, Andy is some better. Actually, the home town edge only evens the odds.

Who has he fought? Parker who’s never looked spectacular.

Chisora who has never cut it at a that level and has a load of losses? Rivas isn’t top level. Lucas Browne is a bum.

It’s a myth that Whyte takes big risks. The only real possibly 50:50 fight was Parker.
No mention of his first fight against Joshua, you forget that one?

Exactly correct, that is why Ruiz wasn't allowed to fight Joshua, remember when he wanted the fight but Haymon didn't let it happen, twice.

If you are going to brag about promoters denying fights people want to see, you might want to do it with a fighter whos last two fights weren't on that platform, just a thought.
