For the same reason Canelo and GGG did, He is very high risk, very low reward. Andrade is an awkward, tough, southpaw that is not only a threat to beat the other top MW's, but even if he loses will make for a close to unwatchable TV fight that makes both guys look lesser than they actually are.

Ah, there’s the poll. No need to read the options though because Big Dunn nailed it.

Hes clearly the 2nd one. I saw him sweating when Jacobs and Andrade fronted him. Charlo knows he aint nothing at 160. He is also under Master Als control. He may like to say he is his own promoter but he gets told what to do and when to do it. When Korobov beat him that was it, no more threats for Charlo.

It's funny though because people have criticized Erislandy Lara for the same reasons yet Jarrett Hurd edged him in the 2018 Fight of the Year. In other words, what if Canelo managed to beat Andrade impressively in spite of everything you just said? That would be a high reward and Canelo is getting paid anyway so why not take the challenge? Canelo himself fought an even better version of Lara than Hurd did and his (Canelo's) career didn't suffer in the long run.

I think we both know how things work. When you are on the come up and trying to become a bigger draw, you take risky fights because the reward outweighs the risk. When you are Canelo and you've become the cash cow, the risk outweighs the reward so you move differently.

Is there a possibility that Canelo dominate Andrade, of course there is. However, if he loses that messes things up for the network because they are paying him to draw fans. A loss or looking bad against an unknown could affect his ability to draw casual fans.

Yeah I get it. Don't always like it but I definitely get it. In the meantime I would like to see some combination of Charlo vs. Andrade vs. Derevyanchenko.

I have only the answers you created to vote on. I don't like that so no thanks to your poll, Until I see some reliable proof from reliable accurate unbias boxing scene top headlines I don't know if any offer to fight Canelo or Andrade was ever made to Jermall. If any offer was ever made I would want the details of the offer. How much money was Jermall offered and what was the location of the fight and on what network was the fight supposed to be on. I think the offer Oscar said he made to Jermall to fight Canelo is jjust habitual liar Oscar making sh it up. Oscar claimed he made Jermall this amazing, amazing offer to fight Canelo. When asked how much Canelo offered to Jermall Oscar said I won't say how much the offer was for. When asked if Jermall turned down the offer Oscar said no, someone representing Jermall turned it down, When asked who that person was Oscar could not remember. This was supposed to have happened way back before Canelo fought Jacobs so why are we just hearing about it now? Until I see reliable proof otherwise I think Oscar is just making sh it up to make it look like Canelo is trying to fight all the tough guys but they are afraid to fight Canelo or pricing themselves out. Some say Jrmall not going public and saying he did not turn down good offers from Adrade and Canelo to fight him is proof that he did turn the offers down. That is some kind of reverse thinking. Things don't work that way. Jermall does not have to publicly defend himself from BS rumors. If some reporter really wants the truth the should goes straight to Jermall and ask him to his face about these offers but none have done that.
