It is looking right now as if Fury is just the favourite by the narrowest of margins. As long as Deontay remains at +100 or greater (I got a composite of about +105 currently) it will be legitmate to play your x5 on him.

The thread will go up either the Monday or Tuesday before the fight and the odds then will be what we go off, however, so you may just have to keep your fingers Xd that the bookies don't start to lean towards Wilder.

I hear ya man, mainly it's just that following a standard format makes it easier when it comes down to inputting the results. When you got 40 or 50 entries to put in you just want to get through that ish on autopilot. Of course there is actually an outside chance that with some deeply suspect judging you might get an SD that was 'wide' under game rules (12+ points). 117 - 111, 118 - 110, 113 - 115 might be an example

Ha ha I guess you kinda lucked out there... the x5 'hail mary' multiplier can only be played on the underdog so you get to keep it.

There is a rules issue that I hadn't consdered in that typically when a players use a multiplier when they have none of that type left we drop it down to the next highest (which would be x3 in this case) ie if you'd used a x3 and didn't have any left we'd make it an x2. However this situation is slighly different and because the x5 is used differently to the other multipliers I'm inclined to say that rule ain't applcable to x5s even when used correctly.

We will sometimes put in real horrible mismatches when the main guy is a top P4Per or if there's overwhelming player interest but Boo Boo ain't really there on either score just yet.

You might still be in luck, man, cos Oddschecker.com that we use for the odds on the Pick Em still got it near as dammit +105 on average, there's a couple of -105s (19/20) in there now but not quite enough to outweigh the +110s or to tip Deontay into favourite. Likely cos it's primarily a UK site I reckon.
