        García looked bad today, but at heart he’s a counter puncher and he was fighting someone who was scared to come in. He looks bad in those circumstances. I think he’s been top level elite since he beat morales several several years ago and hasn’t really dropped far since. He lost two close decisions and will continue to be a name with an east coast following
