      If we are talking prime Tyson , though, that has a definition that is logical.

        I think most people mean peak Tyson.
        That version was short lived and could hang with any heavyweight in history.
        As others have said it was a short period of time.
        He was young, hungry, disciplined and had the right people around him. 19-22 year old Tyson was a straight beast and once in a generation guy. A complete fighter with KO power in both hands.
        By the time he got to Buster Douglas he was not the same fighter. He blew off training. The footwork and head movement were gone and he was basically head hunting.
