I can't seem to figure out if there was a weight class discussed.

Canelo throws out an offer, but he can fight in 3 weight classes. I get Charlo should entertain any offer from a guy like Canelo, but I also wouldn't expect him to jump fight at 175 out of nowhere. That is almost akin to a non-offer, and I'm not even trying to defend Charlo.

edit: OK I see this was a report of an old offer from last year. Makes more sense then..likely would have been 160

USADA is not a boxing organization. Try again. Manny refused no boxing organization or state commission. Nobody cared if Floyd tested or not. His tests were always phony anyways.
As for Charlo, I don’t care about proving if the offer was real. He’s been blowing smoke for years about beating this guy and that guy with significant fights at nearly 30 years of age. What offers has he sent to anyone? None.
So you come off as hypocritical when demanding to see this offer, but had no qualms about saying Manny had to test, without any proof he ever cheated.

I actually do like Charlo, his style is pleasing, especially the uppercuts which I have talked about before. I have even attended PBC cards. So you’re going to have to try a different angle. It’s ironic, there many in industry whom don’t like Oscar. Many would’ve already debunked what Oscar had said if it wasnt true. It’s not your typical news that was supposed to affect this weekend’s PBC stars or particularly to effect the main or comain fighters on the cards. Villegas, a PBC contracted employee, asked a question he wasn’t supposed to ask...then again, Villegas wouldn’t know unless the question was by design...

Get back to me when a Charlo actually accepts a meaningful fight. Dude will be 30 and not one significant win. He yapped all about Jacobs. Jacobs went to him personally. Never saw that fight. Oscar is clearly more believable in this case. Most people agree.
