Yep, Ruiz showed his willingness and then once Team Joshua knew that he was keen they then spoke to his lawyers and those people who are higher up.

When the guy who claimed he is a free agent isn’t responding to offers made directly to him, why would anyone even go to his lawyers or anyone higher up in around him?
