Pacquiao-Thurman/Pacquiao-Broner did the exact same “VADA” testing PBC guys do. The testing VADA doesn’t acknowledge or associate with because Haymon controls who is notified and has forced in TUE’s for positive tests like they did with USADA.

I think the only time Spence did real VADA was Garcia, why he looked so small and weak.

Paquaio shoud take note and be an ambassador for clean boxing. He had the chance to do it vs Thurman but didnt even though he knows that there is still the PED rain cloud over his head. spence delayed that testing as long as possible so not sure it counts as full vada
