Rafael said Canelo’s CLEN Doesn’t Matter Anymore! Heres previous PROOF no intent!

    In regards to FOTD...

Canelo haters and many industry never talked about VADA excusing Francisco Vargas (since they consulted to the CSAC as a “small amount) whom had double of Canelo’s findings and closer to his bout.

Here’s audio from Pugmire whom trolled Canelo’s case, but didn’t realize he and Rafael’s dialogue were uploaded online years ago by a whistleblower! This is why Pugmire and Rafael stayed quiet on Vargas when Canelo’s test came out!

Low and behold nobody ever really wants to talk about WADA revising a threshold for Clen which as Rafael states exempts Canelo, and here’s his audio why they all knew.

It’s good that Dan Rafael is an honest quiet in the end. He knows Canelo deserved benefit of doubt since Clen has always been a problem in México. WBC-CBP always waived trace amounts. The conflicts of interest were Loeffler and Sulaiman whom all would get a bigger cut when GBP had to renegotiate splits. Also Canelo kept on refusing the green belt this was an attempt to punish Canelo even though there was nothing wrong.

Done to death mate. There's no proof of Canelo's guilt and no proof of his innocence, nor is there any way of ascribing - even in the most approximate way - a probability to either.

You know and I know that all WADA and VADA are doing is acknowledging that there's no way of proving guilt and choosing to err on the side of protecting the innocent. Fair enough, you gotta make a policy decision and it ain't an unreasonable one, but in no way shape or form has there been any 'PROOF (of) no intent'.

EDIT: In fact the Vargas case is much more like the Whyte case in that because you have a passed test within a few days of the fail it's possible to calculate whether a the****utic level dose would have been possible in the time frame allowed. I ain't looked at the full details but if you're accurate with Vargas having been tested twice as high as Canelo I'd say it's skirting real close either way. 5 days is three and a bit Clen half lives which assuming it'd entered his body shortly after his passed test could be ascribed to a single the****utic dose of Clen... though why he'd just take a single dose ain't really obvious.

Changing the rule doesn’t mean Canelo didn’t test positives for PED’s. It means from this point forward if he had the same level in his system it will not count as a positive and he will not get suspended.

Regarding FOTD, this change doesn’t mean his positive for PED’s and his subsequent suspension shouldn’t be factored in.

You and I talked about this before in detail. These audio leaks are gold!

Conte said 50ng are the most common cases for intent to cheat, like Morales’ case.

Then the WADA Director says 9ng with context of athletic competitions are the most common findings for beneficial use in cheating.

Canelo like Vargas, trace amounts. Vargas wasn’t penalized

              This is the CORRECT answer!

still, an illegal substance was found in his system and he had a lousy excuse. that's also a fact.
