This is funny because Saunders wants Canelo, too. As a matter of fact, I'm sure everybody from 154-175 wants Canelo. Billy Joe just needs to make sure he doesn't ruin another opportunity by using the wrong nasal spray

I'm not sure he even wants the third Canelo fight all that badly considering he didn't even want the second fight badly as he was completely willing to risk pricing himself out of a massive payday along with a shot at redemption. This was no bluff either as his own promoter expressed frustration and the fight was only salvaged at the last minute when GB gave into his inflated demands, and keep in mind this was when GGG was still the betting favorite. Also, it was reported that preliminary talks with GB for a third fight had immediately hit a roadblock because GGG was "adamant" about dictating the location (team GGG had been vocal about wanting a location change) and this demand was in spite of having no leverage coming off a loss and with no belt. As soon as rumors started swirling about GGG and Chenko possibly meeting, I predicted that if he secures that fight he's going to drop calls for a third fight and if he secures the vacant title he's going to be content fighting nobodies-- and sure enough almost as soon as GGG-Chenko was signed he announced that he was no longer focusing on Canelo, and after escaping with a win over Chenko his next opponent is rumored to be Szmegma (sp?). The thing with GGG is fighting B and C level fighters is his comfort zone. He's accustomed to being showered with praise for taking on that level of opposition.

You are really annoying. You search and search and when you find something bad about GGG you start a thread about it and if you find something good about Canelo you start a thread about it. You are a hater of good fighters and a Canelo worshiper and bias as hell. The fact is Saunders is the one who is done. He has not looked worth a damn since he beat Lemieux a long time ago. Since then he has looked worse and worse and he looked terrible almost losing to a nobody last fight before scoring a come from behind KO. That is why Canelo fights Saunders next. Easy work. Canelo damn sure is not fighting GGG because that is not easy work. GGG is fighting the 6th best middleweight in the world next according to the respected Ring magazine. Saunder's last opponent was not even in boxrec's top 30 and he damn sure was not anywhere in Ring's top ten. Saunders is the cherry picker who took nothing but easy fights while waiting to fight Canelo.
