Shawn Porter had a high profile fight which aired on Fox in the same arena and did terrible numbers. Paul Williams and Andre Berto also had terrible numbers in that arena. Tim Bradley couldn't sell 500 tickets when Gary Shaw had him fighting in Indian casinos near his hometown and none of those fights were going up against a Canelo fight or a major UFC PPV.
