IBF orders Kudratillo Abdukakhorov, Sergei Lipinets to fight for interim title

The IBF has ordered Kudratillo Abdukakhorov and Sergey Lipinets to fight for the interim welterweight world title. Both sides have until Feb. 9 to complete negotiations or a purse bid will be ordered.
