I think a lot of posters agree with Shane. I am not surprised he would vote for Canelo. You expect a former partner in GBP and a fighter that tested positive for PED's would cast his vote for GBP's #1 fighter that also tested positive for PED's.

USADA came out and said that the permit Floyd had for an IV was for and only should be 2 weeks after a fight (as is stipulated within the USADA own rules anything short than and is ILLEGAL and pron to suspension Hausser included The USADA,s & WADA's own articles/rules in his writings to Sh¿t on their false and empty threats) not the night of the fight. Hausser splained that very well in article 3 after he was Threaten by USADA & NSAC. Now I ask you, why Floyd did not seek legal action? his name was being slandered and dragged through the mud. You're counting 4 hofers for Floyd but aren't counting some of the exact same wins for Canelo at a much younger age. Canelo has beat these likely future hofers:Cotto,Mosely,Lara, Kovalev,Ggg,(Jacobs,Trout are both likely to get in too) so that's 5-7 future hofers in a single decade,he won 5 fights that were qualified as lineal(between the best 2 at the weight or when opponent held lineal(cotto), that's an amazing stat,he has also won 17 belts this decade in 4 weightclasses which is astonishing considering its almost 2 belts won for every year of the decade

I seriously doubt if Lara or Trout is getting in. It’s yet to be determined with Jacobs.

That’s your personal opinion but if your being objective and basing his HOF chances on facts, his record, resume, and what he accomplished at middleweight before the Canelo fights says otherwise. Didn’t he tie or break Bernard Hopkins string of title defenses at middleweight. That alone would get him in. And most of the boxing media or panel that votes on the HOF committee would weigh that 1 accomplishment heavily. And judging by the other fighters that have gotten in the HOF the past few years, GGG seems like a shoe in when you compare his resume to someone like Gatti and others with resumes like Gatti that got in.
