Comments Thread For: Miguel Cotto Leads Team Supplying Aid To Earthquake-Ravaged Ponce

It was Miguel Cotto's turn to represent Puerto Rico during his boxing career, becoming the generational face of the island over the course of boxing career.

At a current time where Boricuas need more than a victory in the ring, the former four-division champion found way to give his people reason to cheer. Good to see Cotto helping his people out. It's a lot more than I can say about the compassion and empathy that Trump has shown.

Good for Cotto. Poor Puerto Rico, it's endured some bad stuff lately.

Good man. The people of Puerto Rico have suffered greatly these past couple of years. I’m glad Miguel is giving his support. Much love, Boriken.

It's amazing how people in the hurt business show more compassion than our elected officials.
