Hart was supposed to be a cherry pick for Ramirez because he sucks. Instead their two fights were super close. So Top Rank ran with the narrative that both are great fighters.

Whoops. They both actually completely suck and are complete trash. Smith Jr., who can’t even box at all, just outclassed Hart and was way more impressive against him than Ramirez ever was.

Top Rank matchmaking at its finest folks. Good thing I never have to pay attention to those two losers ever again.

They were decent SMWs, but both didn't accomplish much at the weight. They've accomplished even less at LHW. It didn't surprise me in the slightest that Smith mauled him, regardless of how much he's lacking in the technique department.
