Claressa Shields calls everyone racist then acts racist on TV

I haven't read the thread, but imitating and therefore mocking the way somebody speaks, doesn't sound like a particularly compassionate way to behave from somebody who has spoken openly about being mistreated and discriminated against in the same sport. This would have been slightly more permissible, had it been prior to the fight. However the war was won, she was just being an inconsiderate and rude human being.

The irony of course is that had her opponent spoken in her native tongue, people would complain. The girl took the time to actually learn a second language, why mock her for the accent?

Lomachenko is not a white Jamaican so I don’t think people would pardon him for something like that. The reality is there would be several people calling him a racist if he ever did something like that. Mocking accents is not racist but it can be very offensive to some people.

If you genuinely had a problem with specific groups being mocked then you would’ve made that known long ago because it’s been happening here for years. It wouldn’t bother me. People are too sensitive. White peoples need to say more of what they feel so blacks can stick to their own. That’s why I like the president we have now. If you think I hate racist white folks, then you can’t begin to understand how I feel about blacks that want to integrate and change their mind. I hate them worse.
