People underestimate the hell out of Wards durability and will, however Ward at 175 was plagued by injuries and wasn't quite as dynamic as he was at 168. Tough fight to call but I just feel like Ward can't be broken by Artur and would win a decision.
Artur Beterbiev v Andre Ward

Always wanted to see how Ward would do in the clinch against someone like Beterbiev. Kovalev obviously was never really comfortable unless he was at distance. Artur would get rough as **** on the inside if he had to and is strong as an ox. He can generate great power even with short distances. Ward would have to be on his game the whole night.Comment

No it doesn’t...Ward had been talking about the Kovalev fights being the end of his career before..he was already in a place of retiring.
Ward would pose a big challenge for Beterbiev and Wards foot speed and Hand speed would really give him problems...that plus Wards really diverse hi-low mix ups would keep Artur guessingComment

Exactly
The guy is a great boxer , well proportioned in every sense
The only problem I can find is he relies on his power , which we all know is devastating , but forgets sometimes to put the extra effort to get there
Trying to say is he’ll lose rounds cause he knows his opponent is one punch awayComment

Beterbiev was supposed to face the "Kovalev" that Ward beat and turned it down because he wasn't ready.
Only on boxingscene does this translate to Ward was scared of Beterbiev.Comment

I like Ward and all but I don’t see him lasting 12 against Beterbiev. That fight would be an all-star affair for most rough house tactics ever usedComment
