    Beterbiev to defend in Moscow

Reigning WBC and IBF light heavyweight champion of the world Artur Beterbiev could be set to make the next defense of his IBF title on home soil, according to reports.

Did not see it posted here yet.

So looks like it is heading to Russia for his defense. Better than China and would be good for both parties. Plenty of Chinese visiting Russia.

Is it confirmed Moscow? Yesterday it was reported (on sites that report boxing news) that the fight was going to be held in QC.

When they said QC I was mad. Montreal is already far enough. QC makes it a nine hour drive.

Might as well have been in Moscow Nobody should ever have to drive in QC during the winter.

Thought the fight was in late march. Is it still that miserable over there in early spring? I wouldn't know we just got out first snowfall today lol. Probably be gone in a day or two and back to infinite rain.

I've only been out there once, but it's frigid, but more so, it's designed like San Fransisco. Insanely hilly all over with small ass roads.

now add constant snow and freezing rain to that.

It would take 12 hours to drive for me. I wasn't going to go even if it was in QC, but for some reason, I like when big fights come to Canada.

Not gonna lie, I'd go if it was in Montreal. I went to Pascal/Hopkins

but I was still in Scarborough at the time. I'm about 90 minutes closer to the US border now.
