That’s not how it works, each sanctioned body has their own mandatory . If they fought each other a mandatory would still need to be in place and a set deadline put forth that satisfies each body .
plenty of times one guy has been the mandatory in multiple bodies, they could fight each other, first, but they would rather fight for a vacant belt
I am not a fan of Joshua, but it is not he who should fight various Pulevs and Usyks after he regained belts. Pulev should fight Usyk, that would be a fair eliminator.

... Of course... and Pulev already ducked AJ in 2017... (there should be an easy fight to make -- even with a purse bid)...
Hopefully they wrap this deal up soon and if Usyk fights for the WBO title then so be it. Would love to see him in with Povetkin, Parker, Whyte or Chisora.

That’s if the guy is ranked in both, They just can’t say my guy against yours gets the shot . The WBO isn’t going to give the O.K to Pulev just because he defeats Usyk or vice versa . Neither guy is ranked in each other’s sanctioned body.
It's common knowledge that the alphabet boys have an agreed mandatory rotation system, so no reason for anyone to get stripped unless they don't adhere to the requirements.
