Fighter's have to do what's best for them and unfortunately for cyclone, that means going where the most money is a lot of the time.

I do query Bob investing so heavily in British fighters though, I don't think Fury has sold as many as they had hoped but it obviously hasn't deterred TR in any way.
Haha was just jokes I actually rate Josh Taylor as one of the best UK fighters in recent times big for the weight good skills and decent power after seeing him against Prograis I think Ramirez beats him but is still a toss up fight and good for boxing.

But as the only mate between us that actually lives here let me tell you PPV is alive and well. The only company that's 'losing ground' (as if they ever actually owned any ground) is DA-ZASTER. They are running out of the gimmick fights like Canelo Kovalev. They're morphing into a breeding ground for you tube fighters. I heard they just announced on the Mikey Garcia vs Jesse Vargas card, the main event has been switched to Black Panther vs Tarzan in the battle of Wakanda. You say "espn are overspending to finish off the PBC"....WHAT THE HEC ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT??? ESPN/TR only have two American fighters (Crawford/Teofomo) that move the needle. 130-135 lbs are run by PBC/TR, 140 is now completely owned by TR and 147-154 is controlled by PBC. The 160 guys aren't even willing to fight each other. So trust me, coming from the colonies, DA-ZASTER isn't factored into the landscape at all over here. Eddie is trying his best to poach PBC guys, but without the other PBC guys to make natural American fights, it's an act of futility. Eddie NEEDS Haymon. Eddie needs (lower case) Bob. Bob, reluctantly, needs Eddie. Uncle Al could give a shyte about either one of them. But Al realizes that working with Bob (the guy that filed a bogus lawsuit against him which was subsequently thown out) has it's advantages. Al and Bob have Tank, GRJ, Teofomo, LSC, Loma, Commey, Mario Barrios, Abner, Oscar Valdez, Herring, Fortuna, Robert Easter jr, Adrian Broner, Jose Ramirez, Josh Taylor, Spence, Crawford, Porter, Thurman, Lippenets, Danny Garcia, Ugas, Ennis, Lara, Jrock, Hurd, Lubin, Trout, Eubank, korobov, tony harrison, Charlos, Caleb, Benevidezs, Marcus, Pascal, Badou Jack, Ruiz, Efe Ajagba, Wilder and all the other PBC/TR fighters. FQ DA-ZASTER.
reading that is the closest thing to this

    lmfaooo at 'al and bob'
you really are dreaming about al and bob aren't you?

    ill answer you though

-the pbc was set up from an investment fund that put in $900m...and investors also tried to sue the investment fund over this, eg they didnt know the money was going to this 'pbc'...and they didnt like how the money was wasted by al haymon
-the investment fund was worth $300m until recently, eg it lost a third of it's value.
-it was determined that the pbc's business model was to spend spend spend hoping to corner the market, hoping that once they own the market they can dictate prices.
-problem is, dazn came and that $99 a yr means those $70 ppv's don't work no more
-the majority of the names you mentioned won't feature on ppv fights. bertebiev vs grovozdyk is an example of a world class fight, that drew 600k views but that wasnt ppv.
wilder vs brezeale wasnt ppv. in fact most of wilder's title defences werent ppv. the only ppv fights wilder has done were vs Fury and ortiz 2.
so if it isnt ppv, they're losing money.
-pbc signed up the majority of their talent in that period when they were spending..and they havent recouped the money...just when someone like Spence should be stepping into the mould of floyd mayweather in terms of ppv numbers, dazn have come in..
and that has put a dent on things.
-espn and dazn are ***ish friends, they're buddies, the head of dazn in the US is the former head of espn. we've seen espn and dazn work several times last yr. sure bob doesnt like eddie hearn..but they will do business together.
however one thing, as espn/tr are growing and signing up these talents...notice the trend..it isnt pbc signing them anymore.

I'm not 100% but this looks pretty well planned and I have to guess that Arum figures he's got a good chance of either protecting Taylor from litigation or possibly paying Cyclone off.
Hopefully it is worked out amicably. This stuff happens all the time to the smaller outfits. Taylor is in his prime and it would be a shame if he was on the shelf due to litigation. I'm sure Cyclone will be taken care of if their contract was airtight.

He should just let his solicitors handle this, don't need to come out with this sort of comments or statement.

No prospect of injunction stopping him working in English / Wales or Scots law. Financial damages will be enough to restitue Cyclone if there was no breach.
