Charlo doesn’t have a payday coming because no one cares if he fights Canelo or GGG so maybe he should try to force it by fighting Andrade. That’s what Andrade is trying to do by fighting Charlo.

Hearn's offer is instead of matching GGG and andrade in title fights. Hearn isn't willing to risk Andrade in with his in house guys because it might mess up the plan for the 3rd fight. If they aren't going to fight Andrade and risk losing the big payday, why would Charlo?

Well Charlo got passed over as the mando. Andrade gets passed over as a champion. What indicates they would get a shot by fighting each other?

Because GGG and Canelo are on a different level of stardom and no one cares if they fight those two. But if they fought each other, the result would be a viable opponent for both.
