it's important for your manager to have a plan for your career. if you're mexican working with pbc that plan seems to be keeping you in meaningless fights until they can push you to move up 2 divisions against a much bigger opponent?
the pbc career plan for mexican fighters?

No such thing as plan in the PBC household.
Fighters fight at random times against random fighters.
Which seem to be just fine for them. No pressures.
All you do if you're one of them is to complete your random chore,
then go on an extended holiday and come back when you feel like it.
Broner, for example, can still draw flies, yet he's been inactive for months now.
Thurman calls the shots when he's going to be back as well.
Garcia is supposed to fight a fellow Garcia, don't know what happened there
and Mikey can't take it anymore and decided to leave the PBC house.Comment

They're getting paid exactly like DAZN's Mexican fighters in Jaime Munguia, Ryan Garcia etc so it's whateverComment

Leo Santa Cruz has been paid so well for a small fighter he named his firstborn son Al. I'm not joking.Comment
