Kubrat Pulev didn't exactly seal it with a kiss this time around. Returning to the ring for the first time since inappropriate behavior following his last bout, the mandatory heavyweight contender in waiting kept his place in line but failed to impress in a slow-paced unanimous decision win over Rydell Booker. Scores were 98-92 twice and 99-91 in favor of Pulev in their ESPN+ streamed heavyweight battle Saturday evening at Chukchansi Park in Fresno, California.
Josh v usyk is great. Wilder v usyk is great. Lots of great fights they can all swap dance partners.
It will be hard to say who's best even if they fight each other as they will all have wins and losses against each other some doing better than others depending on style match up.
I want to see an undisputed fight so don't want Joshua to drop the IBF. I can see Pulev taking a bumper-payday to step aside.
Joshua v Usyk probably sells quite well in UK and Ukraine.
That's the problem! Arum wants Pulev to fight Joshua now! If anyone takes a step-aside, it would probably be Usyk! Hearn would tell Usyk to take the money, and a guarantee to fight AJ next! That sucks, because like I said, no one wants to see Joshua vs. Pulev!
