Serrano is popular in New York. Without her Haney would've won his title in an empty arena. It's still delusional to think a women's fight would do good numbers in the big arena. They'll have to reduce capacity by a lot and make tickets really cheap, but then why not just have it at MSG Theater?

Katie Taylor is Irish so she would bring in a lot of fans as well. Both from NYC and from overseas.

Amanda will dismantle Taylor and derail one of Weasel Eddie's primary cash cows.

Taylor loses 3 out of 3 of those fights in every TRAINED eye but if she manages to stay on her feet wins 2 out 3 to make lucrative re matches .. I personally think the way she fights she is putting long term health at risk by chasing the bucks.. I've seen these scenarios time and again and if Hearn simply calls her a boxer and not a " female boxer " what makes her different from the men who suffer with their health later in life . It's already been proven women become more concussed than men in a combat situation when being hit around the head , I'm just pleased the standard of women's is **** but the three that t can fight ( persoon and Serrano) are perfect at this stage of Taylor's career to potentially do some lasting damage. Of course I hope it does not happen but her overall style sees her get hit more often than it appears and for her to
Earn the big money she cannot do a jab and grab , her limited appeal IS because she is a come forward fighter ..

Persoon beat Taylor 97-93 imo. I hope Serrano knocks her out as I'm always skeptical of scorecards when Eddie hearn is involved (I like Hearn and am from the UK btw), and don't like Taylor's style. She just runs, then jumps in and trades for 4-5 punches, then runs again, then repeats. How this won her 6 rounds against Persoon when she was getting battered around the ring for 75 % of the round most of the time, I don't know. Serrano needs to be on her from the 1st bell till the end, needs to win every round clearly to have a chance of coming away with an SD.

Tons of Irish fans will show up for Taylor. Puerto Ricans will show up for Serrano. New York fights fans will come through too. I think this can be done. And they’ll throw down.

only the card is backed up by an Irish and Puerto Rican undercard.

Who gives a damn about this mismatch. Serrano just continues to jump around cherry picking. The numbers are what she builds herself around but no true tests. She is in no way capable of handling what KT will bring inside the ring. I will bet dollars to donuts she ducks this fight. It will only hurt her reputation and she feels she doesn't need to prove anything. Besides, personally I would like to see Taylor make all these but hurt ignorant haters get shut up for good when she makes Parsoon look amature next time around. War Lass!
