Buatsi should never have vacated the British title until he'd won it out-right, he'll regret it for ever!

Even-though he didn't defend the belt, his name will still be in the history books. Joshua also didn't defend the belt either, so maybe Buatsi believes that he'll quickly outgrow the need for the Lonsdale title. If he beats the likes of Caparello and Johnson, it'll be proof that he's above it.

Ritson-Davies Jr, Fitzgerald vs Cheeseman type cards are what UK boxing needs. Hearn could easily deliver them, Johnson-Buatsi should happen, no excuses!
          Absolutely.

Also, as highly as some seem to rate (hype?) Buatsi, he doesn’t seem to be really catching on with the public. Doesn’t seem to be a ticket seller at all, which is why Hearn has kept him on undercards.

Him v Johnson is a good regular saturday fight night though.

Yeah, Ritson had the right idea. He just won it outright in a very short space of time. Took regular defences every couple of months and stopped them all early.

Buatsi is very laid back, he doesn’t really get involved in all the hype so the casuals aren’t invested. He’s seems the standout from the class of 2016 though.

Yeah I really like that matchup. If Buatsi can deal with Johnson it’s a big statement and if Johnson can expose Buatsi that puts him in a great position for another title shot. This matchup makes perfect sense and it MUST happen in 2020.

I really wanna see all these Olympians tested. I feel like Buatsi, Kelly and Cordina have all been treading water for a while now.
