    Kownacki is not slow.

Secondly, he is the only one in top 10 HW WHO WON ALL HIS FIGHTS. Since he is not allowed for fighting for one of the belts, he deserves a very good opponent, also from top 10.

Why risk now? he should take soft fights while waiting on world title shot.

Because he is good enough to beat someone important and because he will never be allowed to fight for the title during his prime for various reasons. Media prefer various ****** trilogies between Furys, Wilders and AJs, then prosibly Usyks and Pulevs or ruiz vs. Joshua 3.

Maybe you are right. Whyte, Povetkin, Hunter, Ruiz, Ortiz are all good fights for him.

                  Boxing is a business.
                  He has an 0.
Until they can get the $$$ that can comes from a title shot, he is going to be moved carefully.
That is why they fought a "name" past prime Arreola. It is not an accident.
He is a fun fighter but very very limited.

Hearing speculation about Christian Hammer potentially since he randomly swooped in at #6 in current WBA rankings for no apparent reason. Who knows though

These are definitely the two best options but will they be ready/available for early March?

I doubt it tbh, so I’d probably go with Brezeale.

And make Ortiz vs Ruiz for the late spring-early summer time
