He should have rematched nelo at 160. Might've had a genuine chance of being fotd.then. PACs the BOOT. Best of our time
Your head is suppose to stop growing in your early teens. Thats normal

Plus, he trains like no other athlete in the world, and probably still pushing the pace at his current age. If there's an athlete that shows signs of ped usage, it's definitely Floyd.
        Floyd went from this

        To this

Next to a superfeatherweight in the first pic, and next to a Welter in the 2nd pic

          How is Floyd's hands?

          2) Pacquiao never refused any Olympic standard testing.

Yep, and I don't get the, he's small for WW, talk. He's looked big and muscular as hell the last decade plus. He made Manny look like he was 2 weight classes below him, and looked the same size as Cotto and canelo during their fights at 154.

The guys big, and a natural WW. He comes into the ring at a natural WWs weight. Hell, he refused to show his fight night weight for the Pacquaio fight, because he still wants to pull off the illusiom that he's a small WW like Manny. Manny's the one that's the small guy besitng up bug guys, while Floyd's the regular sized WW fighting other regular sized WWs.

He wasn't always that big, but when he goes away for those career breaks he comes back bigger and more muscular.

Very strange for men, top athletes to put on muscle in their late 30s.

He avoided the ring scales against Pacquiao as well, this was no accident.

He set world records that will likely never be broken.
                      8 division world champion.
                      Oldest welterweight world champion.
World champion in 4 decades. That’s basically a champion of a couple of generations.

                      True Legend.
