Imagine all the shoulder programming for his two fights. He'd still be in the forefront of most boxing fans minds. Nobody really talks about him anymore. And his PPV with Charlo would've did better than any of his non-Canelo PPV's. And if he had won that would give Canelo incentive to fight him. Canelo vs GGG III has no buzz anymore. There are about 5 fights that are bigger today.

I do wish he would have signed with PBC. I don't want to pay $20 a month for another streaming service especially if its just for combat sports. If DAZN could be purchased on a bundle with something like HBONOW or Netflix for a comparable or even slightly more expensive price than the HULU/DISNEY+/ESPN+ bundle I would do it. But by itself and only for combat sports......its just not enough value there for me to justify the investment.

I haven't seen any of his post Canelo rematch fights.

I think they would do it if GGG was their fighter. Charlo losing to GGG wouldn't be the end of the world for them because they have a whole line of guys they can match him up with from 154 including Charlo's brother. That would have made for a very sell-able revenge fight.

I would have loved to see GGG fought Charlo, but GGG just fought a live body in Derevyanchenko, a disposable fighter like Porter in the PBC camp. And Derevy made more money than Charlo's last 3 fights combined. You could easily tell who's not cooperating and who is supposed to be the one crossing the street.
