Pac bought him down as Pac was a former flyweight and was a bit unsure if he could beat somone so experienced and much bigger. Plus Pac knew he wanted to fight until his 40s so its understandable.
Floyd only fought Pacs used goods. It don't matter it was 154. Cotto was someone Floyd thought he could beat as Pac had did it. When a poll was made at the time COtto fought FLoyd and Pac fought Bradley who was the tougher opponent between Cotto and Bradley. Bradley won by a large landslide.
So get some dignity. Why did Floyd fight Nelo at 154. He was inexperienced at highest level, unlike Cotto who was vastly experienced?
