Vernon just shadowboxed for 2 rounds and then jumped rope for like 1, it was dissapointing, there is only two possible answers either A) he is an ******* or B) he is really focused for this saturday.

then Andre Berto started working out, he looked very fast and very sharp, he has a very bright future ahead of im, he is fighing on the undercard this weekend.
I also meet Buddy McGirt, he seemed confident on Vernon winning this weekend, last but not least i meet Jaidon "The Don" Codrington, now let me tell you he is not what he seems, he is the coolest mother****er i meet all day, he was soo down to eart, i always said he was bad for boxing and he was a jerk, well i was wrong he is the most accessible boxer i've ever meet.
