Well when he has fans like motor city cobra, tank only has to fight guys at tanks terms. So looks like tank will be fighting bums from now on and some of his fan base support it

1 year ago I was thinking Davis could beat any lightweight in the world but it is obvious he doesnt have the same confidence so neither do I. He lacks in training, focus, and confidence which is puzzling considering his skill set.

Right. In one thread I stated that “25” is not younger than “37” is old. As in the age advantage was in Tanks favour. Heck will Tank even be fighting at 37 and if he does it could be at middleweight the way things look. There was a lot of outrage of how other HOF’ers didn’t accomplish anything by 25 etc. Fair enough. If someone wants to explain to me what Tank does that I should be really impressed by I promise to keep an eye on it next fight. There’s things I like, but also things I don’t. Davis needs to concentrate on 135+ fighters. He doesn't train properly to make weight. Leo Santa Cruz is legit. It doesn't make sense for Davis to fight a shark at a weight in which he'll get depleted trying to make. His lack of conditioning caught up with him in the Gamboa fight. I don't think he wants his lack of conditioning to catch up to him against Santa Cruz. He will be way off getting in the ring with Loma next.....who he can beat by the way

Hard to fathom that a guy with such skills REFUSES to dare to be great. Davis is clearly trying to hide a major flaw or he wouldnt be calling out guys like Mares and and LSC and refusing to fight the top lightweights and unifications to the point of even outright verbally ducking Lom.

Where are these great skills people keep talking about?
All I saw saturday was a guy throwing haymakers, flailing around the ring missing a 38 year old washed up guy with no punch resistance.

He boxed terribly. If he cant walk right through his opponent he's going to get embarrassed.

I don't think Tanks emotions, wants etc are any part of this. He's listening to Mayweather who is advising him from a business perspective. Mayweather couldn't have been more clear that Tank can make the same money fighting people other than Loma, so Loma not going to happen while that's the opinion in his camp. Why risk a L and have the wheels come off the bandwagon ?

Loma's only Tank problem is that he will never get him in the ring.
