I could see gacrcia beating pac but don't think it'll get him fighter of the yr. I could also see Charlo beating ggg if the fight happens, but doubt that Loma stops Lopez. He couldn't even stop pedraza and lopez is bigger and stronger.

How would Garcia beating Pac get him FOY? You are exactly right! At this stage it's actually a surprise when Pac beats a high level opponent such as Thurman.

Charlo SHOULD beat GGG by now. When I read the sub-title I thought Fitzsimmons meant that the upset was that GGG beat Charlo. I mean look at it this way, judging by all the comments on these boardss you have to assume that most posters would put Charlo as the favourite. Fitzsimmons is out of touch - he is writing more for a casual audience.

Lopez is an extremely tough out for Loma due to size, athleticism and youth at this point. Can Loma win by stoppage? Yeah, but as you say unlikely and probably much more likely that Lopez win =s by stoppage.

I think you're right. GGG doesn't want that and Canelo will say high risk low money - maybe in 2/3 years time if Charlo can become a ppv attraction on his own by beating Andrade and maybe winning a rematch with Williams, beating Jacobs and Benavidez - but Charlo is not active enough to do all that in 2 years - maybe he'd need 4 years and by then the moment has passed.

Gotta disagree. Chances that it happens imo + reasons

• Wilder stops Fury - 80% - Wilder is getting better and Fury is with new trainer too soon
• Garcia KOs Pac - 40% - Can happen but more likely points. Pac is old as fuq
• Charlo beats GGG - 75% - GGG is old, deteriorating and supposedly clean
• Loma stops Lopez - 30% - possible but IF Loma wins then points is much more likely - here we have a 130lb ideal weight fighter (Loma) fighting a natural 140lb fighter who due to youth can boil down to 135.
