Why couldn’t the US choose to do the same? The bigger issue would be DAZN being in the mix without a ppv model meaning sharing it could prove difficult
What time did it air over there? I missed the fight because I was out with the wife running errands. Since it was on DAZN I was able to stream it after the fact but yeah...I'm sure that's the argument he's trying to make.

and as convenient as streaming after the fact is...we all know boxing matches just aren't the same once they've been spoiled.

If fury sits down on his punches and connects on wilder the way he did the 1st time wilder could well be knocked out...he just needs to put some extra zing on those shots.
Wilder is a knockout waiting to happen .
As for the Joshua fight let it happen on neutral ground and stop the conflict over where it happens

wilder is not a ppv star and ppv is dead in the US...are you that ****** you still don’t see it.
You cannot sell a product if the product is no longer wanted by the consumer.
When wilder vs fury 2 makes only a maximum of 500k are you then going to shut up about ppv.
Boxing is dead to main sports fan in the USA and has become a 2nd tier sport

Joshua is terrified of fighting in the US.

His last trip here left him traumatized.

Saudi’s would shell out big money for this one. They paid AJ $80 million for Ruiz 2. How much would they pay for a heavyweight unification?

IBF, IBO, WBA, WBO heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua strongly feels that a unification with Deontay Wilder should take place in the UK - where he believes it would draw a lot more fans. Wilder defends his WBC world title on February 22nd, in a rematch with Tyson Fury, at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Joshua drew 90,000 fans to Wembley Stadium in London for his unification with Wladimir Klitschko in 2017.

No problem! AJ can get this work wherever he wants! Make it fifty fifty, Wilder is a man of his word!

Joshua knows he can't come to any harm talking this way at a time when the top two are just weeks away from the true 'who's the daddy' fight. If Wilder KO's Fury Joshua will go back in to his shell and only pop out through the mouth piece of the accountants Barry and Edward with the normal ridicuolus demands of offering Wilder 15% and tied up to the Hearns forever and fighting in UK etc, etc, etc.
If Tyson wins but it is another edge of the seat fight which I suspect will be then look for the classic third and Joshua to carry on with his mouth pieces but do little other than talk.

A Side Baby. Its been fine for all the American A sides to make all their demands over the years but when its time for an American to be a B side they cant handle it. "But im American Doe". The numbers dont lie. Floyd used those A side numbers and everybody knew the score. B sides may not like it but thats life. Wilder though at the very most, even though hes a HUGE B side to Joshua, demands joint A side.

It was the Americans who started the A side B side game and now its working in a none Americans favour the Americans dont want to play ball any more.
