One of boxing's biggest stars... HAH YEAH RIGHT. This undisciplined real life Jigglypuff can't even make weight and actually believes the garbage Ellerbe spews about him. What a f--king joke.

Davis probably is the biggest disappointment in boxing. He is an absolute idiot. How many times has he missed weight, gotten in legal trouble, etc. Usually a fighter this young is busy building his resume, but he fights rarely and when he does it is usually against a nobody and he comes in out of shape and fat. The only reason he is fighting Gamboa is because Gamboa is way passed his prime and they see him as a relative, easy, early ko.

I guarantee after this fight he will go back to fighting no-named bums. PBC has the most unworthy, ambition-less, fighters at and under 135lbs. Just look at Davis, Santa Cruz, and Russell three of the most ambition-less fighters in the history of the lower weight classes. Either they are fighting a nobody or an over-the-hill fighter or they are not fighting at all. I don't know who is worse Russell who only fights once every 15 months and when he does its against a nobody, Davis who has so little respect for the sport that he never makes weight, or Santa Cruz who avoids any fighter that might just give him a challenge.

BTW, Davis is no superstar and never will be as he does not have the discipline to be a superstar. Also, he has no personality. Has anyone ever heard him talk. The guy stutters and mutters and barely speaks above a whisper. How is a guy like that going to become a superstar?

How much money can Gamboa get/ask for this?
Didn't Marquez got like 500k when Tank master missed weight?

Missing weight while moving up doesn't suggest a long successful career, does it? Tank might get through this time, but he is getting schooled sooner rather than later... and I can only hope it happens in a megafight, and not in a 20:1 odds type of fight... but if Gamboa teaches him a lesson, I won't complain.

Davis is just another American thug who will piss away his opportunities because of an inability to control his emotions.

I guess he'll have someone else to blame in the end when he squanders it all and wonders why he never became a main****** star.

Davis is mentally weak, can't handle the pressure of the big time.

Look at this undisciplined fat slob running like a wanker trying to make weight in time, what a tool. I hope Gamboa sparks him.
