He was pretty much knocked out up against the ropes in the provodnikov fight and was still throwing punches, man was throwing punches in his sleep. He is next level tough, probably one of the lesser talented fighters you'll see in the hall, but I think he gets in...his ring IQ was underrated, and his accomplishments are very good. I think the Marquez win gets him over the top

Although that fight was considered a robbery, I also give him the Pacquiao win. The man deserves to be in the hall of fame. He had good performances late in his career against Providnikov and Vargas that got the fans excited.
