Ouma vs Magarito at 147?

Oscar just said that after Ouma wins this weekend then he's going back down to 147 for his next fight and would love to fight Margarito. That fight would be huge and I dont know who will win but I would love to see it. I would just like to see Margarito fight a proven guy like Ouma, Callazo, Rivera, or Zab, instead of a chump like Cosme, these young green guys, or a solid but unproven guy like Clottey who wasnt impressive last week.

If Margarito beats one of those other guys then everyone will jump on the bandwagon and I bet he could take that **** to HBO and they would really boost up a fight with him & Floyd after that. Showtime wouldnt be upset with Cotto carrying the Date in December or they could just keep it on Showtime like it is and have Margaito headline with Ouma and let Cotto fight someone like Cosme for a easy win. That would be a great card.

Ouma at 147 makes for more great fights & Vernon said last year that he will also probally go back down to l47. This Difvison could be special. Hatton is dumb for leaving now unless he fights a guy like Harris or Castillo in his next fight

i think with the amount of punches he throws and the accuracy of them , plus margarito's none existant head movement or defence i think the ref would have 2 step in

No but Ouma scores KO's by accumulating punches. That being said, I think Margarito KO's him in 7. Too much power and Ouma's defense isn't all that great nor is he a traditional boxer that might give Margarito problems. He comes right at you just like Margarito likes.

I think its a pick em fight. It all depends if margo can hurt Ouma with his punches. Ouma does come forward like Margo and not as elusive as a boxer. But, margo has 0 defense, and if Ouma can take his body shots, then there will be another L on Margarito record for cuts.
