He's beating all athletes from every other sport, not just boxing.

This is part of what should easily make him Fighter of the Decade. Along with the victories over Canelo and Pacquiao.

From 2000 to 2010 he definitely would be number #1.

          Sht even 2010 to 2020 he’s debatable.

You would think boxing fans could set aside their pettiness and be happy one of their own is the top earning athlete over the decade.

Turned pure hate into a near billion in revenue. Marketing genius.

Canelo needs to look at this list and reassess his deal with DAZN. Because he would have been on this list if he took the Mayweather PPV route instead of fighting on an app. Boxing, for the longest time has always had that one face that the general public considered 'the one.' That fighter was the one that all the casuals and novices knew when they were fighting and subsequently made their way to the fight parties. In America it went from Sugar Ray Leonard to Mike Tyson - Sweet Pea Whitaker (and Julio Ceaser Chavez) - Roy Jones - de la hoya - Mayweather (and Pacquiao). Canelo was in position to takeover as the next PPV star for the next decade. Instead he jumped behind a paywall and left the public (casuals) without a clear understanding on who that face is. Canelo should be on PPV to make huge money fights with the likes of Charlo and Andrade. Yes they will be 100 million dollar fights because of the black/Mexican angle, and lets admit it, the whole black/brown thing in America will sell itself. Canelo would be quaranteed more than 35 mill a fight. But instead this leaves Al Haymon scrambling to find a replacement for him. Mikey cant be him because that beating he took from Spence dropped his credibility. Gervonta Davis maybe but we'll see once he fights GRJ, Devin, Ryan, Teofomo, Commey, Loma, Tevin or Leo (damn 135 and 130 looks good). Errol Spence looked like he was the one but the drinking/driving/crashing may have scarred off investors. So it looks like Wilder will be the man. Canelo still has a chance to come back and claim his rightful place. But we'll see in 2020 what happens! WAR PBC

Incredible Actually considering that most of the other athletes make half of if not majority of their money from Endorsements
